Here is a brief outline
Meditation 5 – 15 mins (increase with time to 20 – 30 mins)
Daily focus list – set your goals of what you are going to achieve today and stick to them. Create a “nice to achieve list” for later in the day if you have time and so you don’t get distracted.
Throughout the day:
Pause and breathe (take time if you need too) when angry, agitated, stressed, need to refocus
Positive affirmations; what mentality do you want to have today
Journal a review of your day and list 5-10 things you are grateful for.
Everything that comes up for you in the moment. Often what’s stopping you from living the life you deserve is your lack of self honesty. For example being everything to everyone. Solving everyone else’s issues but never yours. Being honest about emotions, your experiences and what’s keeping you stuck. It’s believing that you are not good enough or worthy of success.

No, this means forming positive beliefs about yourself, changing your mindset daily, living a positive life and learning to have acceptance for life and your experiences. However, if you do have a religious practice, we highly encourage you to adopt it into your daily practice.
Do you want to live a happier and more fulfilled life, creating a fantastic lifestyle for yourself and those around you? If so, we recommend you do it and keep it simple. Simplicity is everything. We only have here and now, so your daily actions are only required for those 24 hours. Each day, you start fresh and new. We do so many things each day without thinking because they’ve become part of our daily routine such as brushing your teeth, washing your face, getting up each morning. This will be no different with simple daily practice.
This is normal and as a global society we’ve got accustomed to doing that. Self-love, self-care, self-respect has even been labelled as selfish. Let me reassure you and make something clear, loving kindness towards yourself is key, why? We live in a world of abundance and attraction so the more you can love yourself the more you will be able to love others.
We help you connect and grow mentally, physically and spiritually. Spiritual growth is one of the reasons why we are here in the first place. In simple terms, human beings are here to learn, growth and develop. This is our purpose in life. Our minds and bodies are a temporary existence but our soul/spirit is infinite. So we must continuously feed that thirst and hunger we have for learning. Learning is food for the soul.
What about control?
Do you find yourself controlling everything at work, in your relationships (what your partner can or can’t say, what they can and can’t do, what they should or shouldn’t wear).
Do you control your money (never spending a penny, spending too much, are you controlling other people’s money).
Do you control people (are you bossy, do you like telling people what to do?).
Do you often sit thinking about your past and projecting the future?
Do you always want things to go your way and how do you feel when things don’t go your way? Are you accepting or do you get upset? Acceptance is: controlling the things you can and what you can’t control, accept.
